Small barrels are nice as you don't need to buy thousands of dollars worth of product to age. But smaller barrels give too much oak impact too fast without any time. This is where these barrel shine. Mimics the 200L barrel for surface to liquid ratio but only need 7L of product. It's a win from me. I look forward to when they release a French oak variant

They loved their birthday Barrel, filled it straight away and tasting every day lol. We've joined them in a weekly tasting to record the changes as it ages. We all agreed that it tarted off drinkable, should only get better. Great present that they will stay involved with for decades.

We’ve only had this for a couple of weeks but the service, size, price, instructions and finish are excellent. Vermouth is beginning the aging process for hubby’s Negroni’s.

I purchased a Personalised American Oak Barrel (Custom Engraving)Black Band / Gold Tap / 5L for a 21st birthday present. I knew exactly what I wanted as the inscription and sent a design to the engraving team. They were excellent to deal with. The barrel arrived in really good packaging and was given as a present and the recipient really loved it, the quality and the personalisation that was totally him. Will definitely be purchasing more from this company and cannot recommend Adelaide Wine Barrels more.
