Just bottled my first stock in new barrel. The taste difference is amazing!

Good service, fine product

6.8L American Oak X Stainless Steel Barrel, very happy with my purchase. Already filled.

Ordered two barrels with two different designs, confirmation received almost immediately, was sent a draft for each one to check and ensure that it was as requested (both were perfect). Job completed and sent inside two business days. On arrival the barrels look awesome and are a great product. Could not recommend these guys enough.

Roll out the barrel and let's have a barrel of fun. Firing up the still today to fill the barrel up with a batch of bourbon. Having already mastered a quality brew using staves I am stepping up to the next level to mature my bourbon in a barrel. Fortunately, I already have enough bourbon stock to drink whilst I wait the suggested 37 weeks for full body maturity to occur. Cheers, I'll drink to that.

Only filled on the 1st of may. Filled it with water for two days then rinsed it out with boiling water. Didnt need to use the wax it has not leaked. I will sample it in 8 weeks time thank you

I searched for a barrel that was made in Australia and of high quality. Adelaide Wine Barrels was my choice. I'm a bit sceptical of Barrels sold by home brew suppliers as I believe we are being flooded with cheap chinese imports. I filled my barrel with water for 2 days (no leaks during this period) Filled it with my New-Make Brandy Spirit 2L (Roylancer Distillery) also purchased from Adelaide wine barrels. It has been 2 weeks now, cannot wait for the 2-3 month mark so I can see the changes in flavour. This is only the start of my ageing journey.

I purchased 2 litres of Brandy to add to my 1.5 litre Adelaide Wine Barrel. I did a taste test at the beginning, and tested yesterday, 2 weeks in the barrel, a noticeable smell and flavour. Can't wait until it takes on the flavours of the barrel
