A majority new-make whisky base, blended with rich tawny port sourced from the historic Murray Lands wine region, and a closely guarded combination of secret "herbs and spices". The exact formula? The award-winning version you may have already tasted has been barrel aged by the distiller — finished, refined, ready to pour. This is not that.

What you're getting here is the blend before the barrel. A clean canvas. The same celebrated foundation, untouched by oak, handed directly to you so the ageing becomes yours to control.

Pour it into one of our genuine oak barrels and decide everything from here. A few weeks for something light and approachable. A few months for something darker, richer, more complex. There's no right answer — only your answer.

Week by week the oak works its way through, softening the new-make edge, drawing out the tawny's dried fruit and warmth, building a depth that no distiller can replicate for you. Because it carries your hands, your patience, your timing.
