Hidden Gem. The spirit itself is very sweet, lacks the burn I'm used to with an unaged Whisky. But after aging on a few different chips, even after as little as 2 days it starts to shine

Barrel turned up a few days later; and looks even better in the flesh...couldn't be happier. Filled it with water to do the sealing process; and was blown over as not even one drop escaped its girth...WOW!!! Much thanks to an amazing Aussie company and crew.

Unboxed a lovely 5l port barrel, quality finishings with clear instructions for initial use, washed out and soaked barrel as instructed, no leaks appeared, good to have the wax included just incase tho, quick delivery time, my port is not aging nicely.
Received my new make whisky and I am pleasantly impressed. The smell, the taste even in raw makes me anxiously waiting for it to age in the glass head barrel.
