Returns and refund policy
We strive to deliver products as advertised on our website free of damage or manufacturing imperfections (applies to new products only). If you receive an item which you believe is not what you ordered, whether it is damaged or has defects please contact us ASAP within 30 days of receiving your item for new products or 7 days for used products.
NEW PRODUCTS
- Adelaide Wine Barrels does not accept new products back after 30 days from receiving the item.
- If a product is defective or damaged we are happy to arrange an exchange or refund, with shipping at our own expense if they are found to be defective.
- Products must be returned in an unused condition and in original packaging if found to be defective.
- Refund value is determined by sale cost, not cost on website
USED PRODUCTS
- Used products may have pre-existing damage or imperfections, we will send photos of used products before we ship at your request. If you believe there is new damage from shipping, we are happy to arrange an exchange or refund.
- Adelaide Wine Barrels does not accept used products back after 7 days from receiving the item.
- Refund value is determined by sale cost, not cost on website
