Adelaide Wine Barrels

My 10 litre barrel is already working its magic on a bulk muscat which was put into it as soon as the required seasoning of the barrel was completed.
I can taste the rounding off of the muscat and the beginning of the maturation which is promised by the barrel.

I am so happy with the quality and I'm glad I was able to get one but I won't be stopping at one. I can't wait to get another.

I filled the 3 litre barrel with my take on blended port.
I’m impressed with both 5 and 3 litre barrels and would recommend them to anyone.

My only , small, issue is that I believe the stands for the barrel cause it to sit a little high off the bar top for my liking.

The wine barrell is beautifully made, the custom engraving looks amazing. A mock up was provided upon request so that I could ensure I would get what I wanted. Service was speedy. The wine barrell is currently being prepared for its first use and I can happily report there are no leaks. All in all, outstanding!

I bought 10L of Tawny Port to go in an American Oak Barrel.
This is such a good buy and I highly encourage anyone to buy it.

I picked up one of these for aging cocktails, and I’ve just taken out my first batch of 3-week old Negroni. The transformation is wonderful! My experience of setting up the barrel was very easy, all the instructions were very clear. No complaints!

This 3 lt Barrel is great value for money ive already had a taste test of my Pirate Rum after a only a week already smoother than normal luv it recommend it high

Perfect barrel in fact it’s my 2nd 5L as well as the 10, 3 and 1.5
Once you start barreling you can’t stop.

I am very impressed with the 5L American Oak Barrel. I have prepped it as per instructions.
Give me a few weeks to see just how good my brew turns out.
